Green Leisure House

The Green Leisure House, designed by Tang Zhi Tao, is a unique concept that aims to provide a space for deep rest and a leisurely lifestyle. Inspired by the client's desire for a more interactive space, the design incorporates various elements to create a soft and warm atmosphere.

One of the key features of the Green Leisure House is the emphasis on leaving more space in certain areas of the house. This allows for a greater sense of openness and provides ample room for interaction with family members. The concept of "Fengshui" is also integrated into the design, with green elements playing a significant role.

The design team utilized a range of materials, including pine veneer paint, aluminum alloy, glass, texture paint, painting glass, and stone-grain toner bricks, to bring the Green Leisure House to life.

With regards to functionality, the design addresses the challenge of narrow enclosures by incorporating transparent materials and a well-proportioned design concept. By removing walls and introducing glass doors, the design connects two independent spaces while maintaining a sense of openness. The living room, originally long and narrow, was redesigned to include a bay window that stretches the visual effect.

The Green Leisure House project commenced in December 2016 and was completed in December 2017. It is located in the Chan Cheng District of Foshan City, China.
